Return and Refund Policy

At Pahiya Kurtis, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

  1. Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must have all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receipt of your order.

How to Return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely and include a copy of the original invoice.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
